PerformersVideoShowcase.com will feature your demonstration from the Inland Empire 2011 showcase, last year’s showcase or you can choose to submit up to 5 minutes of quality video reflecting their program.
DEADLINE To submit application and participate in this directory is:
Artists will be listed by performer’s last name or the name of their company.
Advertising pages are available for the inside front and back covers as well as marketplace full page and half page ads that can better explain your offerings.
Have participated in library showcases in the past.
New Artist Information:
Artists who have never showcased with ILS libraries before must submit the following:
Submit a brief, paragraph biography of yourself, program and work in the libraries to info@dreamshapers.org
Choose one of the next two options to submit along with your biography
Send 3 letters of recommendation from libraries who have seen your show (from any library district will be accepted).
Send a video of your presentations (home quality if fine) for review.

***Note: Artists who wish to have an additional directory listing of a significantly different program (judged upon submission) in the same directory will receive a 20% discount from their total directory listing price (this does not include advertising).
Your application will be processed for the directory with all care and effort. There are no expressed or written warrantees or guarantees as to accuracy for the listing or advertisement. We make every effort to be sure that the information is correctly taken from your applications and make at least 2 viewing dates available for all artists to go online, view their entry and advise us of any changes that will need to be made
Important Information
The application process is only fully complete when we have received all the necessary materials: application, photo (if needed), new artist information (if needed), and check. Any early bird discounts will apply only if your payment in full is received prior to the early bird deadline.
We make every effort to ensure that your information is correct. We provide viewing opportunities for artists to go online, view their entry, and inform us of corrections. An email will be sent out letting you know when the directory is posted and the URL for viewing. Plan to visit the dreamshapers.org to view your directory listing beginning around 12/1/10

You will receive an email or letter of confirmation that your application has been received within 1 week of submission. If you do not get this confirmation please contact Dream Shapers to be sure you application was received – info@dreamshapers.org or (714) 771-1981. You will receive an email by 12/5/08, informing you of your scheduled performance time, or Directory inclusion and table top availability.
