I am a RETURNING ARTIST - I am a returning artist to the showcase and have demonstrated at the showcase in the past 3 years.

I am a NEW ARTIST - This includes artists who have not yet participated in the showcase in four or more years. I am sending you the required information.

If you are a NEW ARTIST we request that you also submit the following information:

A brief, 1 paragraph biography of yourself, your program and your work in libraries, schools etc.

If you are an artist with an arts organization, IE Music Center, The Center, etc. please specify and you do not need to provide items c, d or e.

Choose one of the next two items to submit with your biography:

SENDING - Three letters of recommendation from libraries who have seen show (from any library district. Please mail these with check to Dream Shapers)

SENDING - Video of my presentation (home quality if fine VHS or DVD) for review.

Or the date, name of librarian and the County of Los Angeles Library at which you performed a scheduled audition.

Artists can submit separate applications for programs that are significantly different. These will be reviewed and accepted or rejected on a one-by-one process. Separate payments are to be made for each submission and this money will be returned if the program is not accepted.
