Pricing varies between institutions for a wide variety of reasons – size of audience, educational content, day and time of week for the program, location of program in relationship to artist / program selected and more. We are a 501c3 and we do try to work with all organizations to provide artists and programming that will fit their budget. If an artist you select does not meet your budgetary needs, talk to us about it and we may be able to find a scholarship, work on gaining flexible pricing from the artist for you or offering a different artist who may better meet your requirements. Our goal is to find work for artists while providing our clients with quality children’s and family programming.

Library
Pricing

Average Library Pricing for Library Presentations is $250.00. Price varies depending on the artists and the location of your library. There are also scholarships available at times to cover a portion of the fees for a show. contact us for specific artist pricing information.

Preschool Pricing

Average Preschool Pricing is $275.00 plus mileage fees. Your fee depends on artist and your location. Scholarships are sometimes available to cover portions of the fees and there are very often artist pricing incentives that are available for certain months and times of the day. contact us for specific artist pricing information.

School
Pricing

Average School Assembly pricing single - $350.00 double $500 and triple $750 plus mileage. Your fee depends on your location and the artist you select. There are often scholarships available to cover part of artist’s fees. contact us for specific artist pricing information.

City Event Pricing

Average pricing for city concerts, shows and walk around entertainment is $300 plus mileage. Your fee depends on your location and the artist / show that you select. There are sometimes sponsorships available for a portion of the cost. contact us for specific artist pricing information.

Community Organizations

Average pricing for clubs, scouts and other organizations is $300.00. Your fee depends on your location and the artist / show you are interested in. contact us for specific artist pricing information.
