1. We typically respond within 1 business day to your request via email or by phone. If you have not received a call or fax confirming your program or the receipt of your information within that time frame, please call our office at

2. Once we confirm via email or phone you will receive written confirmation within 5 days and your program. Please call (888) 499-1270 if you do not receive this.
   
3. Please look to the calendar after 5 days to be sure you are listed and if you are not there or any information is incorrect please email or call our office (888) 499-1270.
   
4. Our artists are required to contact you about a week before the program to go over any directions, questions and requirements you may have.
   
5. Please call (888) 499-1270 or email info@dreamshapers.org at least a week prior to your event to confirm all aspects. (If the artist has contacted you then you need not do this)
